- Hair tip : In hair care : use your apricot oil before your shampoo : soak your hair in apricot kernel oil
Wrap your hair in a hot towel.
Leave on for 15min.
Make 2 shampoos to remove the oil well.
Fatty acid composition
- Monounsaturated fatty acids : 60 to oleic (omega 9).
- Polyunsaturated fatty acids : 25 to linoleic (omega 6).
- Saturated fatty acids : palmitic acid 5 to %8 and 1 to %2 stearic.
- Properties of unsaturated fatty acids in cosmetics - Vitamin A : responsible for the color of the oil and the healthy glow of the skin, powerful antioxidant and photoprotector.
- Vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol) : natural antioxidant.
