Fatty acid composition

  • Monounsaturated fatty acids : 45 to oleic (omega9).
  • Polyunsaturated fatty acids: 31 to linoleic (omega 6) traces of alpha linolenic (omega 3).
  • Saturated fatty acids : 13 to palmitic, 4 to %6 stearic.
